Our Wellness programme

Our Employee Wellness Programme (EWP) dates as far back as 1994. The EWP is a benefit to our employees and is provided them and their immediate family members at no cost. Through the programme, employees have the assurance on expert information and support on practical, work impartiality, independence and professionalism. The services offered are:

HIV/AIDS Programme

Through our HIV/AIDS programme, Barclays employees are offered
free Anti Retroviral Therapy; Adherence counselling; Hospitalisation for HIV related conditions; and Laboratory monitoring.
