Serving Customers Passionately

Just a month away from the annual Barclays Chairman’s Awards, a colleague from Barclays Bank of Botswana, Mr Michael Pilane has been awarded a ‘Product Knowledge’ award at the country’s national Diamond Service Awards.

These awards recognise employees from across the country’s customer service spectrum who demonstrate outstanding customer service in the execution of their duties.

Michael works for the Selibe Phikwe branch as a Customer Advisor at Forex.

This is what he had to say about the recognition:

“I’m grateful for this award and its recognition of my input into the growth of the bank. I will continue to do more to ensure further growth and optimum customer service delivery”.
