Debt Capital Market Services:
- Syndicated loans: A consortium between several banks to provide large amounts of funds for a borrower.
- Bond issuance: A debt security, through which the investor loans money to an entity (company or government) that, borrows the funds for a defined period of time at a specified interest rate.
- Acquisition Finance: Arrangement of funding deal to specifically finance the purchase of an asset. The funds are usually collateralized by the assets of the target company. Funding option is governed by the existing capital structure of the target company & its debt repayment capacity.
- Project Finance: A loan structure that relies primarily on the project’s cash flow for repayment rather than sponsors’ support, with the project’s assets, rights, and interest held as collateral. It’s catered for financing long term infrastructure industrial projects and public services based on a non recourse or limited recourse finance structure.
- Structured trade Finance: Specialized medium to long term finance for cross border trade to meet both the needs of exporters and importers. Usually Investment bank works together with one or more Export Credit Agencies (ECAs) to provide a tailored trade finance solution.
- Debt restructuring advisory: A method whereby companies with outstanding debt obligations alter the terms of the
debt agreement in order to achieve some advantage. Companies use debt restructuring to avoid default on the existing debt or to take advantage of an interest rate decrease. A company restructures its debt by either exchanging existing debt with new debt or by altering the terms and provisions of the existing debt.

Corporate Finance Services:

- Valuation advisory: The process of determining the current worth of an asset or a group of assets (a company).
- Asset disposal programs and divestures: Assisting in identifying and carving out of none performing/ non core assets to enhance a company’s value. Usually provide pre and post divesture scenarios to justify asset disposal.
- Management buyouts: The managers and/or the executives of a company purchase a controlling stake in the company. Usually the management will buyout all shareholders and takes the company private.
- Leveraged buyouts: A strategy involving the acquisition of a company using borrowed money. The acquiring company uses its own assets as collateral in hopes that the future cash flows will cover the loan payments
