Barclays Bank of Botswana has initiated a leadership programme aimed at bringing in new fresh talent into the working environment. The leadership programme, which runs for two years was created to discover new, energetic, talented and analytical individuals who want to embark on a successful career launch and become future leaders.

In 2008, over 200 applications were received and 100 people were short listed for interviews. After two weeks of rigorous interviews, 11 graduates were selected to be part of the programme.
