The programme aims to promote the personal and professional development of graduates through:

• Participation in the six months rotation during the two years, which will involve supervision, on the job training and skills development.
• Extensive training throughout the programme involving courses and on the job training.
• Possible external workplace placement in emerging markets.
• Successful candidates will be offered the opportunities to pursue post graduate studies.
• Graduates will be paired with the selected mentors to assist them to handle the range of personal and professional demands in the workplace.
