Getting the best from our people

You will undertake a series of four placements over approximately 2 years. This will provide you with the opportunity to develop yourself via a number of roles including for example, a customer facing, analytical, team leader, project/change manager and/or relationship manager.

Formal training will help you develop the skills and knowledge to achieve your first management role. This will be provided at various intervals during the programme and will assist you in developing a range of core competencies relevant to your chosen business area.

You will be encouraged to study for a professional qualification and will be provided with both financial and non-financial assistance to support this. You will also be given a Personal Development Budget of £250 per annum (Sterling equivalent) to invest in developing yourself further.
