The bank's philosophy on sustainability was thereafter defined as follows: "To stay in business for another 100 years, we must partner with our stakeholders to maximize the opportunities presented by economic, social and environmental sustainability issues, as well as collaborate to minimise the associated risks – both direct and indirect."
