Once we’ve received your initial enquiry, we’ll provide a quotation, and set your business up to start profiting from card payments 48hrs upon receipt. We’ll manage the whole process and guide you through the implementation.
Once you have completed the application forms and returned them to us, we’ll carry out a few necessary checks and then open your Barclaycard Merchant Services account.
The documentation required to step up:
- Certificate of registration (for sole Traders / Partnerships)
- Certificate of incorporation (for companies)
- Memorandum and articles of association.
- Dealership offer letter or contract (only for petrol / Service Station)
- Ministry of tourism certificate or KATO certificate (for tour and travel)
- Six months certified bank statements for business or current Audited Accounts.
- Identification for all Directors (National ID or Passport)
- Address confirmation e.g. utility bill or Driving License (in the Directors name)
- Complete Merchant application, merchant agreement, POS hire agreement.
- Passport size photos for Director/s (one copy)
- Annual turnover of Kshs 600,000 i.e. Monthly turnover of Kshs 50,000.
