| Nakumatt Visa Classic |
The Nakumatt Visa Classic is available to new and existing Nakumatt Smart card holders. Nakumatt Visa cardholders are able to earn Smart points not only while shopping at Nakumatt but anywhere in the world where Visa cards are accepted. These points are then redeemed at the Nakumatt stores.
Features / charges:
- No joining fee
- Annual fees - Kshs 2,000
- Supplementary fee - Kshs 2,000
- Not limited to Barclays customers
- However, customers must be Nakumatt Smart Card holders
- Earn smart points very time you shop with your card
- Interest FREE period of up to 50 days
NB. One must earn Kshs 10K net per month
Barclaycard has a dedicated sales team, represented in the 19 Nakumatt stores countrywide.
Joining Criteria
To qualify for a Barclaycard, you need to:-
- Be aged over 18 yrs
- Earn a regular monthly income
- Own a bank account for over 6 months
- You do not have to bank with Barclays with exceptions of Prestige Barclaycard
- Must be a resident of Kenya
Requirements
- Latest 2 months pay slips
- 3 Months certified latest bank statements
- Address confirmation document e.g. Utility Bill, Driving License, Bank Statements
- Copy of ID and PIN certificate
- If the PIN is indicated on the payslip or any other valid document, you do not have to attach the copy
- All residents of Kenya must produce a copy of ID. If the ID is lost, a police abstract and another form of Identification viz, DL or Passport should be provided
