Our Graduate Emerging Managers (GEM) programme provides entry level opportunities through a structured development programme, to develop graduates into management and eventually senior management level positions. We are looking for highly motivated, energetic and competent candidates to undertake this two year development programme at Barclays Bank of Kenya.

ELIGIBILITY
Applicants MUST meet the following criteria in order to apply for the Graduate Emerging Managers Programme:-

• Masters Degree OR a university degree( Upper Second class Honors) with a completed professional qualification in a business related subject
• Minimum Grade B in English and Mathematics
• Minimum Mean Grade B in 'O' levels or Equivalent
