You will undertake two placements over approximately 9 to 12 months. This will provide you with the opportunity to develop yourself in a role including for example, a customer facing, analytical, team leader, project/change manager and/or relationship manager.

Formal training will help you develop the skills and knowledge to achieve in your first management role. This will be provided at various intervals during the programme and will assist you in developing a range of core competencies relevant to your chosen business area before rolling out into the business.
