You can use your Barclaycard anytime, anywhere in the world. You don't need to carry cash and you can use it as often as you like, as long as you stay within your credit limit.

Flexible

With Barclaycard you can buy now and pay later. It gives you up to 52 weeks of interest free credit if you pay your monthly balance in full and there is also the option to repay a percentage of your outstanding monthly balance as long as its over the minimum repayment amount of 5%.

Helps budgeting

With Barclaycard it's easy to keep track of your expenses. You will receive an itemised monthly statement which will provide a detailed record of all the money you have spent. And because you can choose how much you wish to repay, it helps to spread the cost of purchases.

Accepted internationally

Barclaycard is accepted internationally, wherever you see the Visa sign. All purchases made in foreign currency will be converted back into Mauritian Rupees making it easier to mange your money.

Easy access to foreign currency

Your Barclaycard can also be used to withdraw cash from cash machines. When travelling abroad you can access foreign currency via any local cash machine that bears the Visa sign and, although you will be charged a handling fee, it is cheaper than buying local currency and paying high commission charges.

* If your Barclaycard is lost, stolen or misused by someone, you may be liable to the bank for all resulting loss to the bank. You will not be liable for losses to the bank which take place after you have told us of the theft, etc. Provided you confirm any verbal message in writing to us within seven days. If it is misused with your permission (or permission of an additional cardholder) you will be liable for ALL losses.

With Barclaycard you can have up to 8 authorised user cards linked to your main account at no extra cost.
