The Human Resources function assists the bank in running a successful business by ensureing that we proactively attract, employ, develop, promote and retain the best talent available in the market.
Resourcing

Employee Opinion Survey
The opinion, feelings and ideas of all our people are important to us. The group therefore runs an annual Employee Opinion Survey in September of each year. This is a completely anonymous survey where you are given the opportunity to let the business know how you feel about your job, salary, working conditions and the manner in which your leadership guides, motivates and gets involved in your development and career. The results of the survey are published approximately three months post the survey and the results give rise to a country plan to make sure thatn issues are addressed.
