Fast, flexible finance

Homeloan gives you the money you need to purchase that dream home with flexible payment arrangements. Installments are paid every month. The maximum repayment period is 20years. You will need to be between 21 and 55 years of age to qualify for this loan.

Fixed payments

With a Barclays Home Loan you always know where you stand financially as your monthly payments will not exceed 50% of your net income.

Credit Protection

Homeloan comes with a credit protection scheme. So should any calamity either through injury or sickness, resulting in death or permanent disability, the outstanding loan will be paid in full.
