Individual Achievement of the Year - UK
Margaret Cowie, who celebrated 20 years service with Barclays in October 2008, was born with congenital cataracts, rendering her blind from birth. Over the last 30 years, Margaret has worked with numerous charities, primarily supporting blind associations and chairing the committees of four of them, proving an inspiration to her colleagues.
