Since joining Barclays Capital Japan, Michael has rallied colleagues to support charities across the country. Through a range of fundraising activities from sponsored walks to volunteering, and by co-ordinating matched donations from the business, Michael’s efforts have led to more than 4,000,000 JPY (£27,000) being presented to various charities and organisations.
