There are nine colleagues from the Horizons programme currently working at Barclaycard. The most recent recruit is Sam Patterson, who completed the programme this year and is now employed in Barclaycard Business. Sam says: "The Horizons programme gave me a chance to prove myself and I was fully supported by my buddy Sharon Richards and Paula Jones in the Contact Centre. It has given me a fresh start and I now have a great job with a brilliant company".
