Personal Loans
We offer a range of flexible loans for purchases you need to make now, but wish to pay for from future income. Depending on your personal circumstances we may be able to offer unsecured loans with regular repayments, or more flexible loans secured on other assets you hold with us. Choose from a range of terms and repayment options. We can even arrange certain loans in major foreign currencies.

Overdrafts
In addition to the standard overdraft available with your Barclays International cheque account we also offer flexible, higher value lines of credit. This is very useful if your income and expenditure fluctuate regularly and you require additional cashflow to cover these fluctuations.

To apply for an overdraft you must be aged 18 or over. Overdrafts are repayable on demand.

Credit Cards
Barclays International offers internationally recognised credit cards providing increased flexibility and spending power, to make purchases and cash withdrawals*. A credit card can also be used for short-term borrowing for larger purchases.

Unlock your investments
There are all sorts of occasions where you might want to access money without disrupting your long term investment or savings plans. So we have a range of tailored loan products that allow you to release liquidity from the long tem investments and savings that you hold with us. Borrowing against these assets rather than selling your investments or breaking fixed term savings will allow you to raise money quickly without interrupting your longer term investment plans.
