*Passport photocopies must be certified in English with the following wording: Having seen the individual and the identification document at the same time, I can certify that this is a true copy and the photograph is a reasonable likeness. The person certifying the documents should then add their full name, title and the date of certification, in English. The following people can certify a full passport: any Barclays branch member of staff; another international bank member of staff; a Consular or Embassy official from your Consulate or Embassy; a Government official, national, regional or local, in the course of their duties
