How to apply

To apply for a Student Solutions account, you must be residing in the UK. Please follow these four steps below:

1. Read the documents that support the application forms:

The documents you will need to provide are:

Your passport, OR current valid European Union National ID card which should contain a photograph of you and your signature.
Proof of your overseas residential address.

To prove your overseas residential address, you must show:

Either your offer letter confirming your place on a course sent from UCAS or your UK University/College to your overseas residential address.
Or a Letter of Introduction for UK Banking Facilities from a recognised UK college or university, confirming you are in full-time, or part-time Higher Education, and confirming correspondence with your overseas residential address.

Please note that if the letter does confirm correspondence at your overseas residential address, then please also bring one of the following, making sure that it states your name and overseas address in English:

Original Credit Card or Bank Statement, (no older than 3 months).
National Photo ID Card.

Proof of your UK residential address is preferred but not mandatory, you should show:

Either a utility bill in your name.
Or the Letter of introduction from your University.
