Barclays is committed to the Banking Code which sets out the governing principles of a bank's dealings with its personal customers.
Barclays Bank PLC subscribes to the Banking Code.
You can obtain a free copy of the Banking Code and the Business Banking Code by phoning the Barclays Information Line free on 0800 400 100 or from any branch. Alternatively you can visit the website of the Banking Code Standards Board where a copy of the Banking Code can be read or downloaded.
The Banking Code does not apply to customers of branches on the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man or in other locations outside of the UK.
