Barclays PLC 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The Barclays PLC 2024 AGM will be held on Thursday 9 May 2024 at 11:00 am (BST) at the SEC Armadillo, Exhibition Way, Glasgow G3 8YW and electronically on an online platform as described in the Notice of Meeting available here.
The Board strongly encourages shareholders to vote in favour of all resolutions by completing their proxy forms.
