Performance

Barclays supplier strategy is to engage in pro-active performance management and improvement within our supply base.

We expect supplier organisations to take responsibility for the efficient and effective management of their own supply chain in keeping with the principles laid out in this site. Where it is felt necessary, we will work with suppliers to ensure that their supply chain is aware of and compliant with the content of this site.

We will jointly drive continuous improvement in all areas of our relationship. This is considered a critical component to the contract.

All Services provided to Barclays must comply with their specification and be performed in accordance with the agreed Service Levels.

A Service Level Agreement shall be incorporated into every contract. This will provide Key Performance Indicators that are used to measure end to end service performance and provide a basis for regular Management reporting.

Barclays may choose to operate a system of Service Credits/Debits to provide the necessary focus on Service Levels.
