Terms and ConditionsBarclays Bank Plc Terms and Conditions of Purchase OrdersPurchase orders are governed by the contract in place between the recipient of the purchase order (the supplier) and Barclays Bank Plc at the date of the Purchase Order. In the absence of any such contract, Barclays Bank Plcs standard terms and conditions shall apply to the purchase order to the exclusion of all other terms and conditions (including but not limited to terms and conditions set out on the suppliers delivery note).
